I saw this as a myspace bulletin and it mad me frown. first of all why should anyone worry about losing friends cuz of a dumb bulletin?!? second of all the message of the bulletin really just makes me even more prolife. When you give someone the choice of an abortion you give them the choice to kill a potential human being. The choice to end the life of a potential artist or a curer of aids. Simple fact here kids. If you are going to have sex realize that you take the responsibility of the fact that it is possible you might become pregnant or in the males sense make someone pregnant. DO NOT HAVE SEX if you can't handle the consequences.

So yeah turned 21 last tuesday. Wasn't carded for my first legal drink!yummy chocolate martini!*hugs her bottle of Tulamore Dew* And the birthday present that was most kickass was going to Katsucon!XD kickass fun! had a nice chat with shaun. hung with Jessie <3 you hottie you;) dabbled in the cosplay scene dressing as Yuri from King of Fighters.(<3 bri for last minute cosplay put together^^)It was fun!I'd actually like to repeat the cosplay but not for ACen.( though with weapons being commisioned, Iam currently starting to attempt pulling together a cosplay i want to do for ACEN) The craziness of photoshoots!(maybe next time I cosplay a photoshoot with Jessie?) though it did make my legs quite chilly.(who ever thought I'd wander around an ANIME CONVENTION with nothing on my bum but bathing suit bottoms and a couple pairs of tights?SRSLY!?)the braid was rather heavy. XD I might go and see if i can't get a pair of gloves that actually fit.... I bought with b-day money the shoes. <3 my converse allstars!(sooooo comfy!) expensive cuz of my tiny feet but well worth it:)(yeah, tiny, size 3 mens) Met some good new friends and some people who i'd like to become better friends with. bought the fourth book of Iron Wok Jan.slow process i have of only buying one book of it per convention. Sadly passed up buying a small sword(pretty,sharp, pointy,shiny things^^) cuz trying to fly it home would be a pain in the arse.*sighs* I had the money to buy one too! oh wells.So from my viewpoint Katsucon is definitely a convention worth going too.
I can only find three minor things to complain about that happened this weekend:
1. Dulles Airport fails!
2. didn't run into ceri and colleen:(
3. not getting to take my 2 hour nap like i wanted.(actually cried about this) is it too much to ask to keep the frell quiet in a room where someone is trying to sleep? damn my inability to fall asleep when i can hear fun conversations being held!(upside: i did get to rest my eyes a bit and relax muscles that i use to ,ya know, stand)

I mean to have pics up by friday.
There!I think i got all the major points of the convention there ,but now as i'm plum tuckered out (as I become after every convention) i'm going to go crash in my own bed.

A good friend gets me tickets to go to katsucon and i'm have trouble getting a ride to the airport and back home.-.-;(the back home being the more worriesome of the two.)

I swear i have the oddest dreams....... last night i dreamt that one of the guys i knew in highschool invited me to his place to work on a project for a class we were both taking.( very strange especially since his voice lacked the imature almost mocking tone i remember him having.) when i got to his house he wasn't there but his mom(never actually met the real one) was and she started talking about me and him getting married. ya know classic stuff like wedding dresses and rings.XD a bulletin board on the wall his sister had written on(he may or may not actually have one) said something about an engagement party that Smiles was not allowed at.(i know for a fact no one at school knew that is my sisters nick) and then in the back of my head some glittery(all colors of the sparkly stuff) image reminded me of another suitor.(someone i met at a convention and who lives further than i will visit.)

*laughs*

maybe i should lay off watching the tv shows with the last minute marriages right before bed. *shakes her head*
I am so far off from Marriage.XD

I checked my grades online....I passed everything:) end gpa 2.91. so i don't officially have my diploma but i have all the credits needed for my assosiates of science in Culinary arts. I'm unoffically gradgeeated from JWU in RI. I dont have to go back to Providence for anymore classes:D
*cheers and does a happy dance* I will be having a dinner party celebration for friends only once it is official. date time and place TBA. this will be separate from the family celebration dinner party. So celebration is indeed called for cuz i don't hafta go back to school!:D

*SIGHS* last night in RI. school's over. i fly home tommorow. i'm going to miss life in room 304. Home here i come! this room looks too empty;; my phone's already unplugged.down to the essentials. evidence of my life here has been packed or pitched. NO internet at home unless i yoink wireless from my neighbors. maybe some time away from the internet is a good idea though. anyways going to go get food. peace peeps!

Went to my first out of state con. it was fun. got to see/meet a lot of people <3. ya'll know it take me forever to get pics developed and online if i choose to cuz i don't have a digital. seen some fun pics friends have put up and they have been win so far:) wish i could go again next year.Staffing green room would be fun.

okay an official geek out moment for me: wishing i wasn't leaving Rhode Island at end of tri cuz i'll miss my Dungeons&Dragons and Warhammer groups. <_< i mean come on move to ri just to play RPGs? HELL YES! I'm gonna miss the hilarity and fun of spending a whole day every week just RPing.go me for geeking out! I don't want to lose my dire rats damn it!

wow time sure does fly fast. it seems only yesterday was beginning of term and i was being introduced to my fellow students and the workplace. i took my midterm today.only five weeks til i go home. i'm gonna miss internship truth be told. you think i wouldn't want to be here but honestly i'm having fun. As i always say i love being in the kitchen and it's true i'm having fun in the kitchen. tee-hee i have my war story scars now too most likely.(looks with interest at the day old burn on the back of her hand and wonders if this one will leave a pretty scarXD)you really feel like a team and a community/family in the kitchen. though i kind of wonder if it was actual work if i woulda been fired by now. don't take that last statement as me being humble. my skills aren't the best. i find i may be a bit too slow at prep sometimes.I always try my best though but i lack the confidence one needs in the kitchen to call themselves a true chef. We shall see how far i actually make it in my dream career field. oh yes being a chef, a true chef, is my career dream. it is not just a goal or a job or work. I LOVE cooking. It something i can do that benefits others and such as makes me not feel useless. I hate feeling useless. I missed a day last week of internship due to bad neck pain in my left side.....needless to say what i thought about the entire time was that i'd rather be in the kitchen panning rice than sitting in pain being utterly useless.i have community service next week and a four day weekend. what the hell am i going to do with a four day weekend in the middle of the school year? i have no kitchen to cook myself dinner:( and my community service hours aren't even as long as a shift.:( i'm gonna have a ton of time on my hands. i'd rather be at work than in class. i can learn so much more by actually being in the kitchen than being lectured on something. anywho i'm actually gonna miss ri a little bit now. but i still miss my fam more so going home will be ftw! i miss ya all.<3 *hugs*

Well late last night i typed out a decent sized entry and then i decided not to post it for anyone to see. it was one of those entry's that's a view into your mind and what you think about. it was not emo but i'm not sure the way it was worded would make sense to anyone if anyone who read it would have understood the point at all. so instead......:

yay for planning trips overseas! if you hadn't already heard which most of you prolly have i'm going to the UK next year with friends. thank you  soooo much for reserving the tickets for the plays  lschicky. Anywho i have a friend who is a local of london and he just gave me his mobile number and suggested hanging out for a bit while i'm out there. I think it would be neat to see london from a locals point of view. Idk though we'll see what happens with planning and timing. your opinions on this lschicky , rach? Hee-hee and it would be cool if we could do a side trip to ireland but as always everything is a matter of cost and planning. *me squeees excitedly* it's my first trip overseas so exciting! so much time between now and next october but i can't wait! just planning an overseas trip makes me giddy.
